A slight yawn escaped the dark-haired girl's lips as her eyes fluttered open, the surroundings not quite familiar to her but not quite out of place either. Giving herself more time to think she looked around the place. It wasn't until her eyes landed on the sleeping form beside her did all the memories flood back to mind. Dorian. Her fiance. A slight blush covered her cheeks as she lifted the covers to check herself. Naked. Was it bad that she kind of felt a little regret over it? No, it wasn't him, no it wasn't the quality of it, it was just the fact that she had only just met him mere days ago, and he had already gotten her this far. It scared her, and made her think bad of herself. Was she a whore, because she had so easily slept with him? Did that make her lose, even if they were to be married? It still got to her, she wasn't the type to do that kind of thing. But right now, she didn't want to think about it, she pushed it from her mind just as the sunlight caught something on her hand. Confusion ran through her as she blinked the sleep from her eyes and saw the diamonds that caught the sunlight. A small gasp escaped her lips as the thoughts remained in her mind and the night before began to piece itself together slowly.
Usually it didn't take indigo that long to remember things like that, but this one was big. Not to mention the mornings were the worst for her, she never had been the morning person, but this morning. well it was certainly different. She felt too chipper to keep quiet, she had to at least smile. And that she did. Holding her hand out in the sunlight the girl eyed the ring, twirling it around on her finger one good time before straightening it and running her fore finger of her other hand over the stone. Shaking her head her eyes fell back to the form beside her, a smile never leaving her lips. Snuggling up close beside him her lips drew to his neck, leaving feather-light kisses there. buenos dias, le amor whispered words in his ear, surely enough to wake him up, either that or the fact that she was pressed close again him. It could even possibly be the light kisses that she continued to place on the side of his neck, tenderly.
Maybe this marriage wasn't going to have to be a terrible thing.. She knew she wasn't hating it now.. of course, there came the fact that she was young, and still wanted to live her life, but hadn't he promised her exactly that? Telling her that her life wasn't nearly over and that they could still have a great life together. It still scared indigo, she had never in her life heard of such a thing. Trading your daughter because your business was doing bad? It sounded.. terrible! She had gotten lucky though, she knew it could have been much worse. The guy she was arranged to be married with was a sweetheart, and she was finding herself quickly falling for him, whether that be because she was being made to, or because he was too charming not to fall for him, she was. easily. And she had a good idea of why as well. It was all so much though, she hated thinking about it, and it was why she didn't. Instead, she focused on the present, the current, what was happening before her at that very moment, and right now? A very attractive man lay beside her in his hotel room, a room they happened to have both slept in last night.. along with the bed. Maybe she should continue to count her blessings instead of worry so much about them, because thinking on it now, she was living quite a satisfactory life.
