most commonly known as toliver's twin sister, and one of the few local tattoo artist. kaztella is an ex prostitute, and helping her recovering brother toliver, kaztella isn't really a people person anymore she has a short fuse and knows it, she will not tolerate people being jackasses or hitting women around her, she doesn't trust men in general. kaztella is like an m&m hard on the outside and generally seeming pissed. she's guarded, those who get close learn that it's just a front and inside this girls really sweet and cares about her brother more than anything. she doesn't know how to turn a blind eye and if she see's someone in need she will take them into her home and mother them back to health. there is one down side forgiveness is lacking in her heart if you mess up, screw her over she'll be done so fast so she doesn't get hurt again. she's hard to get to know but if you get past the hazing then she'll be a life long friend so long as you don't mess with toliver
